Set up a company
We open the
Peachtree option.
We click the
Peachtree option then open window and copy on Microsoft word.
This is an
introductory window that tells us what information we should have to proceed
with the new company setup. This window tell us about the name of company and
address, chart of account, accounting method , posting method, accounting
period etc.
Then we select the next button and go to the chart of account.In chart of
account we have five option in which we want to select that we want.
Set up of new retail,services,contruction.manufacturing,or distribution
company,usinga simplified chart of account.
Set up a company using an extentive chart of account.
Copy setting from an existing peachtree acounting company.
Convert a company from another accounting program.
Build your own company.
Then we select the build your own company
Then we select the next button and choose the accounting method.
Then we select the next and choose the posting method of accounting.In which
two methods of posting are given.
After select the posting method of accounting again choose the next button
and select accounting period.
In accounting periods we select the monthly accounting period which is
given below,
Finally we successful to build new company
